• Delivery Time:

– Major cities: 1–3 working days

– Other cities: 3–5 working days

– Remote areas: 4–7 working days

• Shipping charges depend on location/courier. Free delivery is only offered during announced promotions.

• Tracking may be provided after dispatch (courier-dependent).

• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours with photos/videos for replacement or refund.

• Incorrect address or unreachable customer may cause delays or return of parcel; re-delivery charges may apply.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
